Product Manager - Fintech

Tapline is a digital funding marketplace providing subscription-based companies instant access to non-dilutive capital. We are a team of ex bankers, venture builders and technologists who like to move fast and operate within a flat hierarchy.

About the role

You will be a key member of the product team, contributing to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan. You will report to the CTO and will have a direct exposure in shaping the product team.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements

• Find a define engaging product metrics and own them

• Implement improvements and new features with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales

• Actively prioritize product backlog, pre-planning, prioritization, and user story mapping sessions

Your Profile

• 2-4 years’ experience in working in agile product development within a FinTech or early-stage startup

• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions

• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs

• Experience with agile and lean development methodologies
